MAINSYS FRANCE, very good result for its gender equality index



Under the Professional Future Law adopted in August 2018, all French companies with more than 50 employees are obliged to publish their Gender Equality Index.

This Index is calculated according to the following criteria and expressed on a total of 100 points:

  • The pay gap indicator between men and women
  • The rate indicator of annual pay increases and promotions between men and women
  • The indicator of the rate of increase of women after a return from maternity leave
  • The indicator of high remuneration distributed between men and women

We are pleased to announce and proud to share that MAINSYS FRANCE obtains a very good result of 84/100.
